lobby and rooms were a little out dated and restaurants were quite pricey.
majority of staff were very pleasant and had wonderful customer service.

Had the most amazing time the staff were very attentive to our needs and very friendly. We stayed in a 4 bed villa which was superb and ideally situated by a small enclosed pool and just off the beach, because of the time of year we went we had this to ourselfs. The buffet breakfast was also great. No complaints from any of us 7 guests. would reccomend it to anyone get villa 445 perfect!!!!!

The pools are amazing! Our room had a musty smell and restaurants pricey. Loved the water in the reception area with fresh lime and lemon and cold washers!

Resort was fantastic - the pools are amazing! The lagoon view room was really nice, facilities were great and the buffet breakfast had a good variety of food. The only negative is that the decor is a little dated but this did not impact on comfort.

We felt the Mirage for a five star resort needs to be updated, we had trouble when we got there about our breakfast being included,
but thanks to Travstar it was worked out.
We did appreciate the help from the tour desk at the mirage, they recommended a excellent day trip to the Daintree.

The grounds and swimming pools were the best part of the stay. We had issues with the some of the staff and the organisation of parts of our stay. We felt alot of the food was not the quality you would expect for the price you pay - although there was certainly quantity and variety. There were unexpected and undisclosed catches with our dining discounts that were included in our accommodation package, this was frustrating. Our room was nice and clean but smelt very musty.

Suite was very restful(6201)looked into beautiful greenery. 2 excellent room service Dinners.Excelled in their breakfasts. But Zai Japanese Rest was expensive,table too dark to see meal,entree at $50 lovely but mains at $50 each were disappointing.

After the hectic lead up to our wedding it was the most amazing place for rest & relaxation.

Hi Kim, just a quick note to let you know that Michelle and I and our children Adam and Sam had a fantastic long weekend staying at the Sheraton Mirage, celebrating Michelles bithday.
