The 4 Day PADI Open Water Budget Course is designed for the traveller who is short of time and who wants to learn to dive for the most affordable price. Courses are available in English, German, Japanese and Korean.

Courses start daily, and students will have the same experienced and friendly instructor for the duration. Divers Den employs multilingual instructors, and PADI materials are available in 15 different languages.

The dive training facility boasts six air-conditioned classrooms, a diver Medical Centre, Cairns only fully covered and heated pool, purpose built for diver training, and a retail equipment shop with superb prices and the latest in technology dive gear.

Your dive medical will be conducted on the first day of the course before any training begins.

The program consists of classroom session and pool training on the first two days, followed by 4 open water training dives on the next two days and a fun dive after certification. No pre-dive experience is necessary, however you must be a comfortable swimmer.

ReefQuest is the day vessel that will transport you to the reef on days 3 and 4 for your training dives. This purpose built high speed catamaran has plenty of space and a great dive deck. A tropical buffet lunch and the highest standard equipment is included.

Requirements:
Minimum age is 12 years
Must be able to swim 200m and tread water for 10 minutes continuously.
