The best way to experience the Great Barrier Reef is to stay out there for a few days. You'll have much more time to really enjoy the reef and ultimately more time for diving and snorkelling.

With 11 dives on the outer reef on one of Pro Dives premium dive vessels, and two nights accommodation, this liveaboard adventure is unmatched for experience and value! The Pro Dive fleet boasts three premium purpose built dive vessels, offering excellent living on board conditions. All vessels take a maximum of 32 passengers and feature 14 twin share cabins and two double cabins, with private amenities for every four guests. Private cabins allow privacy and time to relax between diving and snorkelling. The vessels are centrally air-conditioned, light and airy. There are two large decks: one for gear and one strictly for sun tanning and relaxing!

An additional fee of AU$60.00 per person is payable direct to Pro Dive. This fee consists of a Government Environmental Management Charge as well as a Port Departure Tax and administration costs.

The Reefs:
You will visit a large variety of 16 exclusive sites, which are spread over four different reefs. These sites have been selected for their extravagance of marine life and excellent visibility, thus ensuring you see the best the outer Great Barrier Reef has to offer.

Thetford, Pellowe, Milln and Flynn are situated on the Outer Great Barrier Reef, South East from Cairns. These sites are rarely visited by other vessels, so divers and snorkellers get the exclusive opportunity to view magnificent corals and fish life without the crowds

Milln Reef - perfect introduction to the outer reef, relaxed and varied, sleeping turtles.

Flynn Reef- excellent visibility, a photographic haven.

Gordon - intriguing coral mazes which end at "Clown Fish City".

Coral Gardens - magnificent coral enlivened by a myriad of marine life.

Pellowe Reef - exclusive pristine dive destination (weather permitting).

Thetford Reef - outlying bommies with swim throughs (weather permitting)

Pro Dive never dives the same dive site more than twice, weather permitting.
