FREE Kids Club
The professional qualified Kids Club staff care for children from 4 to 14 years of age all year round.  Baby-sitting in your room can be organized for children under 4yrs at an additional charge.  Plenty of great activities for the children include treasure hunt, arts and crafts, face painting, fish/bird feeding and much, much more!!!

There is no charge for Kids Club.  This service is provided to ensure everyone can enjoy all the wonders of Long Island Resort.  Parents can even enjoy a quiet dinner with Kids Club catering for kids at dinner time too.  Club times and sessions vary according to season.

GETTING THERE:
20 minutes from Airlie Beach by ferry, Long Island is located within the Whitsunday's Islands group on the north eastern coast of Queensland, Australia.

By Air: The Whitsunday's are serviced by two domestic airports, Great Barrier Reef Airport on Hamilton Island and Whitsunday Coast Airport on the mainland at Proserpine. Flying time is approximately 1.5 hours north of Brisbane, 2 hours north of Sydney, 3 hours from Melbourne and 1.5 hours from Cairns to Hamilton. Direct services operate from Cairns, Brisbane Sydney and Melbourne, with domestic and international connections via Brisbane, Sydney and Cairns airports.

By Road: The Whitsunday's can be accessed by the Bruce Highway which covers the East coast of Queensland from Cairns to Brisbane. Dependant on conditions, driving time from Brisbane is approximately 12 hours north to Airlie Beach and Shute Harbour and 8 hours south from Cairns. Regular coach services also operate into Airlie Beach. Secure Car Parking is available at Shute Harbour and Abel Point Marina close to the launch departure.
